With 7 meeting rooms we provide state-of-the-art meeting solutions in stylish surroundings, supported by easy-to-use audio-visual systems and the centre provides free Wi-Fi throughout. The largest of the rooms is the Rippington Suite which accommodates up to 180 delegates with ample space for a range of events.
The 6 further rooms can cater for 2 to 60 delegates and are ideal for meetings, 1 to 1 interviews and training workshops. The venue comprises nine bright meeting rooms alongside airy, relaxed open spaces. Room capacity ranges up to 210 in the larger auditorium and adjacent foyer. All meeting spaces include the latest AV equipment, including LED screens, sound systems for up to 16 microphones per room, recording and streaming facilities, for reliable and professional working experiences. Flexible breakout areas allow delegates a chance to refresh and refuel in naturally lit spacious areas.
The top floor offers even more to guests, with stunning open-air terraces and a flexible event space. Ideal for drinks receptions and BBQ parties in the summer, the 6th floor can accommodate up to 140 guests indoors and equal numbers outdoors with good weather.

Continuous development at the University of Worcester Arena has created state-of-the-art conference facilities in a fresh and modern conference suite on the first floor of the building with panoramic views overlooking the Arena Hall and across the River Severn to the city centre and beyond. The multipurpose space can cater for meetings, conferences, team-building events and more formal occasions for 10 to 260 people.
Changing demands of organisers means the suite now has advanced AV equipment with a lectern, 137’ screen, audio surround sound and is fully equipped for hybrid events. On-site catering creates total flexibility. The team can provide a variety of refreshments from hot drinks and buffets to lunches and dinner with a fully licensed bar.
The building and facilities are fully accessible with lifts and stairs to the first floor, and parking on site. Public transport serves the Arena providing visitors with a sustainable choice.
