Dear Procurement Staff

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all staff across the country who took part in the online survey – your response was fantastic. Your feedback on the site has been invaluable to us.  As a direct result, a decision was made to invest in a completely new build from the ground up and incorporate a layout and functionality that you needed to work with.

In August, we were pleased to launch Public Procurement Online with a fresh new layout.    It wasn’t all about the aesthetics. We wanted to incorporate a layout that was easily accessible to you (the users), giving you the information you needed efficiently, as you requested.   It was apparent you no longer only accessed such information from your desks; you wanted to be able to access Public Procurement Online on other devices, from PC to smartphones. We listened, and Public Procurement is now fully responsive, meaning it’s accessible on over 200 types of handheld devices, so you can access us anywhere.

There’s been a huge investment and a lot of work behind the scenes, and it has been a journey worth taking, though some of our tech guys may raise their eyebrows with 10 pm finishing leading to the launch date.  As a result, Public Procurement Online is faster and more responsive, giving you exactly what you need, when you need it.
